Ideal candidates bring a PE Florida, 12+ years of engineering experience, and a proven safety record. The role requires strong leadership, policy development, and the ability to pursue future opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• State of Florida Registered Professional Engineer.
• 12 years of Engineering experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by health, safety, and harassment policies.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the Consultant Construction Engineering and Inspection (CCEI) contract team.
• Direct a highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection project/program.
• Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members; develop and/or review project specific policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
• Review programs for conformance with Client standards.
• Identify and pursue future opportunities.
• Maintain professional relationships to facilitate project completion and follow-on assignments.
• Exercise responsible decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Be involved in projects with ourFlorida, Program and Construction Management Teamand be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. WSP is currently initiating a search for aSenior Project Engineer in Central Florida. This role can sit out of the Altamonte Springs, Orlando, Lakeland, or Tampa office.

This individual will support high-profile and alternative delivery transportation-market projects throughout Central Florida. This will require a seasoned leader capable of managing a large CEI team and complex transportation projects.

Your Impact

Who You Are
