You will translate customer requirements into innovative engineering solutions, develop substation layouts and technical drawings, and coordinate with customers, suppliers and international teams while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in substation engineering, HV equipment, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience with GIS and high-voltage projects is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS substation projects from initial design through installation and commissioning.
• Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.

As a key technical leader, you'll guide complex GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) substation projects from concept through installation, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and international engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, driving continuous improvement, and influencing projects that make a lasting impact on the energy industry.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in substation engineering, high-voltage equipment, or heavy industrial projects preferred.
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software; Creo and AutoCAD experience is highly valued.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation processes.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, project reviews, and site support activities.
