This role is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing high-impact projects that improve efficiency, safety, and overall performance.The SPE acts as both a **technical leader and project driver**, generating innovative process improvement ideas and ensuring their successful execution. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver results on time and within scope.**Key Responsibilities:****Project Development*** Identify and manage project risks* Define project scope through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders* Develop and implement detailed project plans* Ensure all designs meet relevant company and industry standards* Prepare comprehensive Requests for Quote (RFQs) for project bidding* Coordinate and facilitate required permitting processes**Project Execution*** Lead and manage project execution from start to finish* Coordinate both internal teams and external contractors* Develop project procedures, specifications, and documentation* Oversee EHS performance and ensure achievement of all safety targets* Promote and embed a strong safety culture across teams and contractors* Track progress and ensure projects are executed effectively* Provide regular project status updates and reports* Develop and manage punch lists for project closeout**Commissioning & Handover*** Ensure completion of punch list items* Coordinate final project delivery with all stakeholders**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering* 3-5 years of experience in industrial project management* Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering projects and drive process improvements with measurable impact on efficiency, safety, or performance.* Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills* Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget**-----------------------------------------****Job Offer Fraud Alert**We take the security of our candidates seriously.
