At all three phases, the Project Engineer is responsible for maintaining the project schedule and reporting status to Senior Management through Phase Gate reviews.

Customer communication includes customer calls and visits, conceptual design discussion with customer engineers, technical presentations and proposals, quotations and recommendations for the resolution of shock and vibration problems.

On-going product support encompasses all products already in production and requires cooperation with operations groups including production managers, technicians, and operators.
