Academic:
Minimum - Associates Degree in Information Systems or 2 years related experience
Preferred - Bachelors in Information Systems or 5 years related experience

Experience:
Minimum - 5 years related experience
Preferred - 5 years’ experience with Azure Cloud/Microsoft 365, WAN/LAN design/implementation

Other: Physical requirements to meet job demands, including the ability to lift up to 65 pounds, kneel, bend, squat, crawl, and climb. Valid Ohio driver’s license.

Position Purpose

Supports organizational operation, clinical, and fiscal management by:

1. Providing Project Engineering & Design with minimal guidance to maintain network and data integrity.
2. Ensuring consistent access to software systems on the network in collaboration with the Network Administrator.
3. Offering help desk support for computer software applications alongside the Support Specialist.
4. Providing hardware support for computers and printers throughout the agency with the Support Specialist.
5. Improving computer access by monitoring open positions and coordinating with the Manager of IT to assign suitable equipment.
6. Managing equipment and licenses to ensure compliance.
7. Supporting network management at associated agencies under IS agreements.
8. Collaborating with Support Supervisor and Support Specialist for on-site user support as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure proper network access across all localities by managing user accounts, printer queues, monitoring WAN lines, system security, and backups.
2. Ensure proper access to core computer systems, including user account management and security monitoring.
3. Act as a backup for the Support Specialist to provide continuity in computer services, including troubleshooting and on-site support.
4. Maintain system availability by installing, moving, repairing hardware, and reviewing technical needs with the Manager of IS.
5. Ensure licensing compliance by reviewing and documenting software and operating system licenses.
6. Maintain proper network functioning at associated agencies, including setup and user account management.
7. Perform related duties and follow additional instructions from supervisors.
