Job summary

CRB is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead large-scale construction and design efforts in the life sciences and food & beverage sectors. You will drive project execution, coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, and ensure alignment with GMP and design-build deliverables.

The role requires senior-level leadership, strong communication, and extensive experience in risk management, contract administration, and closeout planning across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Requires senior project management experience in AEC.
• Must lead safety and quality plans and ensure contract compliance.
• Experience in risk mitigation, buyout, and subcontracting strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes accountability for meeting contract requirements.
• Verifies project financial forecast, notices, and billings.
• Ensures a quality plan aligned with contracts and documents.
• Oversees schedule planning and risk management for multiple projects.
• Directs project administration, superintendents, and engineers to priorities.
• Negotiate contracts, lead risk mitigation, review drafts and purchase orders.
• Ensure project compliance with insurance and bonds.
• Lead design and GMP/delivery oversight for projects.
• Support recruiting, participate in estimates, and assist pursuit with estimating.
• Perform constructability and design reviews; risk assessment of schedules.
• Lead monthly operational meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Track progress on REA and claims; provide guidance to teams.
