Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 18 years of diversified construction experience; minimum three years as a Project Director.
• Strong knowledge and network in the San Diego area.
• Experience on public sector, healthcare, higher education, infrastructure or civic construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction to close-out.
• Interface between Owner-Architect-Contractor-Webcor team.
• Support business development and broaden customer base.
• Accountable for profits and losses; deliver projects on time and budget.
• Identify and manage risk and opportunities; pursue and align proposals with strategy.
• Lead project teams; mentor staff; manage resources with planning tools.
• Enforce safety policies on site and ensure compliance.
