Job summary

PARIC is seeking a Preconstruction Executive for the Industrial Sector in a leadership role. You will guide estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and design coordination from concept through final pricing, while coordinating with internal and client teams to align scope and budget.

You will lead preconstruction processes, manage risks, and drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and innovative tooling adoption across projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership, presentation, and client communication skills are essential.
• 10+ years in industrial construction with preconstruction leadership.
• Strong ability to build teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and grow preconstruction services within the Sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage go/no-go decisions.
• Oversee preconstruction from concept through GMP or lump-sum pricing; align with scope and budget.
• Develop risk management plans and drive value engineering and constructability reviews.
