Job summary

Sky Mavis is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent for our Columbus, Ohio location. You will oversee all aspects of construction for mission critical projects with budgets between $100MM to $500MM. Responsibilities include managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has over 20 years of relevant experience and a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with knowledge of electrical systems and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 20-25 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Technical knowledge of mission critical platforms and systems.
• Ability to comply with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities and client contractor supervision.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
