Job Description
The Senior Project Director is a role that directly reports to the Director of Construction Leader. The Senior Project Director develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible and may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. This position is responsible for supporting business operations, negotiating contracts, working with estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.
This position can be based out of St. Louis, Missouri or Kalamazoo, Michigan.
