Key responsibilities include evaluating technical and delivery risk related to constructability, scope, cost, and performance guarantees.

  • Facilitate clear communication among internal teams, subcontractors, and customers through written and schematic technical documentation that conveys solutions, assumptions, and risk
  • Perform energy savings calculations, operational savings analysis, life-cycle cost analysis, and feasibility assessments; establish guaranteed savings based on proposed measures
  • Develop financial models based on customer parameters and project development assumptions
  • Coordinate with Account Executives and Project Managers to develop and present technical proposals to customers
  • Partner with Project Managers during implementation to support smooth installation and serve as the technical liaison between sales and operations teams
  • Identify and collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to support technical analysis, installation scope, and quality assurance
  • Review and approve equipment selections prior to procurement to ensure estimate accuracy and schedule alignment
  • Evaluate technical risk related to feasibility, constructability, scope, cost, and performance guarantees
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of energy systems and facility operations; serve as an ongoing technical resource and advisor to customers
