We are expanding our team and seeking a Project Designer with prior REVIT/BIM skills. If you are a graduate in Architecture or have 5+ years of design work experience and are looking for a team-oriented culture, MT Studio is the place for you.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

1. Working with team, clients, consultants, and contractors as needed.
2. Collaborating and coordinating with the design team to ensure high-quality design/construction documents for commercial clients.
3. Understanding construction documentation for remodel, rehab, and ground-up construction.
4. Communicating with clients and attending meetings as necessary.
5. Ensuring project schedules are maintained.
6. Traveling to job sites as needed for architectural surveys and construction administration requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

1. Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Lumion software.
2. Understanding and interpreting the International Building Code.
3. Understanding zoning and permit procedures for construction drawings.

Qualifications:

5+ years in design work.
