Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Designer to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ.

Our firm is a growing, healthcare-focused architectural practice of approximately 40–50 professionals. We work on consequential projects for hospitals, health systems, rural healthcare providers, and specialty care organizations throughout Arizona and the surrounding region. Our work includes new hospitals, major renovations and expansions, emergency departments, surgical platforms, imaging, cardiac services, women’s services, inpatient units, pharmacies, sterile processing departments, and other technically demanding healthcare environments.

The Senior Project Designer leads the design vision, planning, and execution of complex healthcare projects from concept through construction. The Senior Project Designer serves as a design leader, ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
