Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience on Government Contracts projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Directs analysis and solution of project problems.
• Provides PM services including oversight, time accounting, financial tracking.
• Prepares SOPs, protocols and technical documentation.
• Builds relationships with team, vendors, clients, and departments.
• Supports small proposals or major proposals.
• Acts as primary or assistant PM to leadership.
