Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal/industrial projects in the Pacific region. Responsibilities include directing project teams, planning scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring quality delivery across the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team motivation, and risk management to meet client expectations. The successful candidate will manage external resources, coordinate with client service managers, and monitor project performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or business administration or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience managing mid-size to large projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver day-to-day operations for mid-size to large-scale projects.
• Define objectives, schedules, budgets, and success factors to guide the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients and manage risks and change.
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and quality management plans.
• Monitor profitability through earned value analysis and timely invoicing/collections.
