Job summary

Blake Morgan LLP seeks a Senior Project/Cost Manager to join its Project and Cost Management Team in Cardiff, with a view to advancing a career within a leading UK law firm. The role covers feasibility through delivery, with leadership of programmes, governance, and financial controls, and a focus on client relationships.

The ideal candidate has strong construction/project management experience, MRICS preferred or APC path toward RICS, and a capacity to contribute to growth across Welsh and UK

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in the Construction/Built Environment.
• MRICS accreditation preferred but APC pathway toward RICS acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from feasibility to completion and handover.
• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and manage project programmes, governance structures and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor relationships.
• Manage project risks, opportunities and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with objectives, programme, quality and budget.
