ITC Holdings Corp is seeking Intermediate, Senior, and Principal Project Cost Estimators to develop and manage detailed cost estimates for transmission, substation, and generation interconnection projects. You will perform risk analysis, establish estimating standards, and support decision making with data-driven insights.

The role requires a engineering or construction management background, US work authorization, and strong cost engineering skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Two years minimum experience for Intermediate; six years for Senior; ten years for Principal.
• US work authorization required.
• PMI PMP certification preferred; Power BI experience preferred; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develops cost estimates for transmission, substation, and generation interconnection projects.
• Performs advanced estimate risk analysis, contingency modeling, and estimate validation.
• Leads estimate reviews with stakeholders and presents cost data.
• Mentors estimators and supports continuous improvement of estimating tools.
