Job summary

AS+P in Jenkintown, PA, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with drafting and graphic skills to support development of construction documents for single-family residential projects. You will work closely with a Senior Project Manager/Architect from concept through completion.

The role requires 3–5 years in an architectural office, a Professional Degree in Architecture, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Lumion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a professional architecture office.
• Professional Degree in Architecture is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Lumion.
• Experience coordinating construction documents and project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist with presentation plans for client meetings
• Code review and analysis for projects
• Participate in client meetings with Project Manager/Architect
• Drafting and coordination of Construction Document Set
• Review documents for accuracy
• Establish and maintain project milestones, deadlines and delivery dates
• Coordinate and issue documents to Builders/Clients
• Track and review Shop Drawings
• Participate in Site Visits/Meetings
• Communicate with Project Team throughout construction
