Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks an experienced project coordinator to manage a multi-year CQV program in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will serve as the coordination hub, aligning CQV workstreams, schedules, resources and progress reporting on-site.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical coordination, proficiency with MS Project or Primavera, and bilingual English/Spanish. Start Jan 4, 2027; Monday–Friday on-site for a 60-month contract with possible extension.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project coordination experience in pharma capital or CQV programs.
• Scheduling using MS Project or Primavera, action tracking and reporting.
• Highly organized and proactive; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related.
