Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience work coordination.
• Background in natural gas distribution and transmission work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders in community and client facing role.
• Support meeting facilitation and information gathering.
• Support data and records management.
• Support initiative business operations, governance alignment, and internal process consistency.
• Track deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines in support of initiative execution.
• Support scheduling, agenda development, documentation, and follow-up for internal meetings tied to the GPC initiative.
• Assist with TIP alignment discussions and updates as required.
• Participate in internal meetings, scheduling, coordinating, drafting loop agenda, and documenting follow-up items.
