Operational Support & Governance

• Support initiative business operations, governance alignment, and internal process consistency.
• Track deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines in support of initiative execution.

Internal Meeting & Workflow Support

• Support scheduling, agenda development, documentation, and follow-up for internal related meetings tied to the GPC initiative.
• Assist with TIP alignment discussions and updates as required.

Meeting Commitments

• Participating in internal meetings as needed, scheduling, coordinating, creating draft loop agenda, documenting follow up items/next steps.

Here’s what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
• 8+ years of experience work coordination

The base salary range for this position is $119,400.00 to $140,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
