Job summary

DuPage County is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Housing Supports and Self Sufficiency Unit within the Department of Community Services. The role involves coordinating system-level initiatives, data reporting, and collaboration across the homelessness crisis response system in a public agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Planning or related field.
• One year of experience with supporting grant or program administration.

Responsibilities

• Assists with implementation of system-level initiatives within the Continuum of Care (CoC).
• Assists with development, updates, and communication of CoC continuous improvement activities.
• Acts as liaison for the CoC to support collaboration across homelessness crisis response system.
• Facilitates CoC meetings and workgroups including support for LEAC.
• Organizes and maintains related project records and documentation.
• Applies knowledge of regulations to support Home Illinois Plan alignment and policy interpretation.
• Participates in data analysis with HMIS staff and CoC stakeholders.
• Prepares and presents reports and performance data to CoC partners.
