Job summary

Astrion seeks a Coordinator III for the Redstone Test Center at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. You will monitor cost, schedule and performance of TAGM JAGM/HELLFIRE activities and serve as the primary customer liaison, coordinating with test teams and management.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS and 6 years in program finance or project management, with strong MS Office/SharePoint skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college.
• Six (6) years of applicable experience in program finance or project management with budgeting and scheduling responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, One Note, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Able to obtain DoD/DoW Secret Security Clearance and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the TAGM Account by monitoring cost, schedule, and performance of all assigned TAGM JAGM / HELLFIRE activities.
• Maintain regular communication between Customers and test team members including Account Management and Test Engineers.
• Assist in defining test requirements with the Customer and test team and monitor additions during testing.
• Schedule coordination meetings, HAWGs, TRRs, and status meetings with customers.
• Act as the primary customer contact during test execution across the Center for assigned projects.
• Monitor program test schedules and identify conflicts; escalate risks to JTMO and Account Management.
• Assist in corrective actions for issues related to cost, schedule, performance, or deliverable timeliness.
