Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Administrative Project Coordinator to support project teams and ensure accurate documentation and contract administration. You’ll compose, proofread, and organize reports; manage files; coordinate meetings; and assist with contracts and invoices under the guidance of Project Managers.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree (or higher), at least 3 years of related experience, and strong Word and Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Active participant in our employee-owned culture is a must.

  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence.
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations.
  • Assist with contracts and sub-contracts as needed.
  • Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed.
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients.

In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we’ll count on you to:

  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Assist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviews
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contracts
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams
  • Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree, Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience at a project site
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) {Bellevue, WA}: $30.81/hr- $44.02/hr
