  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations.
  • Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams.

In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit, and organize documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Assist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviews
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Prepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub‑contracts
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work closely with multiple Project Managers and project teams
  • Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at a project site

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
