Xcel Energy is seeking a Project Control Supervisor to lead the Project Controls organization, ensuring alignment with strategy and standards. You will manage a portfolio of front line duties and supervise a team to support capital projects across multiple teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project management/controls, with strong scheduling and ERP proficiency. A pathway to growth exists within our Project Controls team at Xcel Energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years related experience may substitute the degree.
• 5 years project management / project controls experience.
• Experience in overall project scheduling, reporting, and project planning methods and practices.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and scheduling tools.
• Proficient in Primavera scheduling tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital project schedules and validate scope inclusion in schedule.
• Manage project cost tracking and reporting to management.
• Develop and control execution of work orders in ERP platform.
• Evolve business area procedures in line with corporate standards.
• Provide regional supervision to project control specialists and collaborate with area managers.
