K&A Power Group is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Specialist- Level 3 to join our Hartford, Connecticut team. The role focuses on maintaining schedules, cost baselines, and resource planning for energy transmission and distribution projects.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive electric utility project controls experience.
• Transmission facilities construction management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project schedules across multiple projects.
• Resource-load schedules reflecting constraints and efficiency.
• Manage baselines for cost and schedule; track variances.
• Prepare cost forecasts and support cash flow management.
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
• Lead weekly status meetings and communicate project status.
