Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in Chesterfield, MO to lead controls activities for facility projects and coordinate with PMs, Procurement and third parties. The role ensures proper controls across bid packages, project execution, engineering scope, procurement specs, financial controls, risk and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or MS Projects for capital projects, with proven schedule oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience developing project schedules.
• Experience providing schedule control oversight on multiple projects.
• Experience analyzing project schedule risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of project life cycle schedules including pre-FID, detail engineering, procurement, and field construction.
• Lead project planning and control mechanisms and highlight critical milestones.
• Ensure alignment of project codes, activity codes and WBS.
• Coordinate weekly activity updates with engineering and construction teams.
• Provide assurance on schedules submitted by contractors and analyze logic, durations, constraints.
• Produce schedule deliverables and reports for project stages and KPIs.
• Support in schedule risk workshops and establish schedule contingency.
• Maintain and monitor stage gate baselines and schedule changes.
