Job summary

Bunge North America is seeking a Specialist Project Controls to lead controls for facility projects, aligning scope, bids, engineering and procurement with robust financial and risk management. You will drive schedule integrity, monitor critical milestones, and coordinate with PMs, procurement and third parties across capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience developing project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Projects for capital projects through entire project life cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to provide oversight in schedule control on all assigned projects.
• Experience analyzing project schedule risks throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of project life cycle schedules through full integration of pre-FID engineering, detail engineering, procurement and field schedules.
• Lead project planning & control mechanisms, highlighting all critical milestones.
• Coordinate schedule codes, activity codes and WBS alignment.
• Provide assurance on schedules submitted by contractors.
• Analyze schedule logic, durations, constraints, float and resource loading.
• Produce schedule deliverables appropriate for project stage gates.
• Generate project management reports on schedule performance and KPIs.
