Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Project Controls SME-03 to support an EPC project in Aiken, SC. This on-site role requires extensive experience in project controls, scheduling, estimating input, and risk-informed scheduling to establish milestones.

Responsibilities include guiding management on classification, reviewing specs and subcontracts, and coordinating with engineers, estimators, schedulers, and technical writers. UDR offers a competitive environment and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of experience in engineering, construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, project controls, proposal development, and/or project management.
• Five years of experience demonstrating knowledge of the subject matter.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to management on classification requirements and compliance and on the CD process and deliverable format.
• Review and provide input to specifications for engineered equipment and/or subcontracts.
• Review and provide input to estimators on resources (labor and other-than-labor) needed to perform the scope of work.
• Provide input to schedulers on sequence, durations, and logic of activities.
• Provide input to management regarding risk-informed schedules to serve as the basis for establishing milestones and PBIs.
• Provide input to engineers, estimators, and schedulers on constructability, maintain-ability, operability, and commissioning.
• Provide input to technical writers for BOEs, BOS, and WBS data dictionary.
