• Engage early in the project lifecycle to understand scope and milestones.
• Develop a Work Breakdown Structure with assigned resources.
• Manage project resource scheduling to maintain the baseline.
• Analyze project data for baseline vs actual reporting.
• Measure schedule variances and execute remedies.
