Job summary

NANA Worley seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support budgeting, cost monitoring, progress analysis, and forecasting across multi-discipline projects in Anchorage, AK.

The role requires a four-year degree and 5+ years in project controls, with strong Primavera P6 and MS Excel skills; PMP/CCP/PSP certifications are preferred. This position is based at NANA Worley headquarters in Anchorage, Alaska.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Accounting.
• Minimum five years related Project Controls experience.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 (v8.0+).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with budgeting, cost monitoring and forecasting.
• Develop and update integrated project schedules and reports.
• Analyze project performance versus baseline and forecast outcomes.
• Develop Level 3 CPM schedules and communicate to management.
• Support change management and track scope changes affecting cost/schedule.
• Coordinate with accounting on invoicing and cost reporting.
