Job summary

NANA Worley seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support budgets, cost monitoring, progress analysis and forecasting from our Anchorage, AK headquarters. You will develop integrated schedules, track WBS work, prepare regular management reports, and coordinate with accounting for invoicing. The role requires multi-project experience and advanced Excel skills.

Experience with Primavera P6 and EPC project controls is preferred; relocation not specified; travel occasional.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum five (5) years in Project Controls.
Able to perform cost control and scheduling duties on multidiscipline projects without supervision.
Working knowledge of Primavera P6, v8.0 or later.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Work in a project team on front end conceptual and detailed engineering for multiple projects.
Support development of the WBS for tracking and reporting.
Review labor hours, expenditure and subcontracts for accuracy.
Collect, track, and analyze progress; provide timely reports to Project Management.
Develop and maintain Level 3 CPM schedules and multiple communication levels.
