Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Sr Project Controls Scheduler to support TOS II at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. You will develop, maintain, status, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule within Oracle P6 for branch capital, maintenance, operations, and test support projects.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and earned value reporting, plus the ability to communicate scheduling insights to management and Air Force leadership. A U.S.

Qualifications

• BS degree (Finance/Accounting/Engineering) with seven years of progressive experience or equivalent
• Scheduling software experience required (Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Open Plan)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the Integrated Master Schedule in P6 for multiple projects
• Performs schedule analysis to identify asset/resource conflicts
• Prepares schedule views showing variance to baseline and forecast
• Manages baseline, change control, and resource loading
• Supports schedule reporting and integration with earned value management
