Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks an Integrated Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain the master schedule for AEDC test operations at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. You will integrate milestones, engineering deliverables, and resources across multiple facilities to support mission objectives.

The role requires DoD security clearance eligibility, strong scheduling software skills (MS Project/Primavera P6), and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years post-degree experience.
• Experience using integrated planning theory and major scheduling tools.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reflecting program milestones.
• Coordinate schedule integration across teams and master schedule.
• Provide critical path analysis and actionable planning data.
• Model what-if scenarios to assess changes and risks.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and track schedule integrity.
• Present schedule metrics to program management and stakeholders.
