Job summary

TYLin Group, a global infrastructure consultancy, seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to join our PMCM group on aviation projects based in Newark, NJ.

You will support schedules using Primavera P6, review baselines, attend progress meetings, and liaise with clients and consultants. The role requires 6+ years scheduling experience and a BS in a related field; PMI/AACEI certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of construction scheduling processes preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred.
• Certifications with PMI or AACEI are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in logistical and delivery and work force planning with project personnel.
• Incorporate into a CPM schedule using Primavera P6.
• Review and provide comment on contractor baselines, update and recovery schedules with Primavera P6.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
• Accurately track contractor work progress related to schedule.
• Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.
