Job summary

Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) seeks a Sr PP&C Analyst to oversee and perform detailed project planning, tracking, scheduling, and financial analysis for high-value programs.

You will interpret complex data from NNSA sources and ERP/MRP systems, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and baselines are met. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience; OR 2 additional years of experience.
• United States Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.

Responsibilities

• Applies project management and financial standards to support multiple projects.
• Provides leadership for development and communication of project networks.
• Acts as primary point-of-contact for contract administration and/or demand management.
• Contract reporting and analysis of project resource requirements.
• Guides and mentors lower-level analysts.
• Assists Program Managers in planning and execution of major project assignments.
• Develops and maintains project planning networks for complex projects.
• Reports status of project plans and presents recovery plans if needed.
• Negotiates project changes with customers to meet schedules.
• Routinely uses FM&T ERP/MRP to gather data for project plans.
• Evaluates project status and issues; initiates remediation with supply chain.
