• Support project managers with cost and schedule controls.
• Oversee governance compliance for projects.
• Direct and support project controls activities across projects.
• Manage a team of project controls engineers and estimators.
• Lead cost, schedule, and risk management and reporting.
• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) for forecasts and reporting.
