Job summary

Prince is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Georgia to lead the project controls program for a District or Mega Project. You will manage contract controls, scheduling, cost control, and change management while coordinating with the Project Controls Director and division teams.

You will oversee cost reporting, schedule updates, KPI monitoring, and assist with resource loading and revenue validation through project closeout.

Responsibilities

Reviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice or project control guidance.
Oversees cost controls reporting and reconciliation for one District or Mega Project.
Oversees scheduling for the District or Mega Project, including schedule creation and monthly updates.
Supports integration of Company systems to track costs or schedule; ensures training for document control and reporting.
Performs regular project reviews and monitors the job cost report against KPIs.
Coordinates with Division Claims/Contract Manager in tracking change orders and claims preparation.
Manages tracking around unsecured revenue and project contingencies.
Manages tracking of over/under billing to monitor and control project cash flow.
Assists with resource and cost loading to the schedule, including labor, equipment and material projections.
Assists project close out procedures by validating final revenue prior to final bill submission.
Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
