This full-time, in-person position involves collaborating on project cost projections, ensuring accurate owner billing, and managing change processes effectively.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have up to 5 years of commercial construction experience, strong communication and time management skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting.
• Support internal and external cash flow management for the project.
• Ensure timely and accurate owner billing.
• Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements.
• Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews.
