This full-time, in-person role involves executing project cost forecasting and internal cash flow management, ensuring accurate owner billing, and managing compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting.
• Support internal and external cash flow management for the project.
• Ensure timely and accurate owner billing.
• Oversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements.
• Establish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews.
• Monitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog.
• Assist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.
• Generate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements.
• Support development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, and Design Management.
• Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
