Qualifications

• Seven+ years planning and scheduling complex heavy industrial construction projects.
• Five+ years managing a team.
• Proven knowledge of scheduling, processes, and coordination for heavy industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage site project controls engineers and managers through planning, staffing, project execution and financials.
• Create and maintain the project schedule and forecast labor needs.
• Deliver reporting to clients and leadership in collaboration with PM and corporate leadership.
• Sign off on proposal schedules and project execution plans over $5MM.
• Audit compliance with contractual project control requirements.
