Turner & Townsend Heery Puerto Rico are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager (PCM) to work on a fast-paced, large-scale Education construction program ($3 Billion +). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to take the initiative and drive activities with limited supervision. The Sr Project Controls Manager collaborates with all staff and other functional teams throughout the projects’ lifecycle to: 1) ensure adequate definition of scope, cost, and schedule; 2) establish reasonable baselines; 3) identify and manage risk; and 4) track, monitor, and report program and individual project performance. With a keen eye for detail and experience of identifying continuous improvement opportunities, the candidate should have experience working in the construction industry.RELOCATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
*On-site presence and full-time residency in San Juan, Puerto Rico, required.
