Job summary

FTI is looking for a Control Team Leader/Project Controls Manager for projects in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves planning and executing Project Controls requirements, providing direction and coaching to a team of specialists, and collaborating with project teams across all levels.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have at least 10 years of experience in electrical contracting or MEP coordination. Additional responsibilities include developing project controls plans and analyzing variances in project performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination is mandatory.
• Ability to lead and provide technical direction to project controls specialists.
• Strong analytical skills for cost and schedule performance assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan for the project execution.
• Plan and organize setup of project baseline in project controls system.
