Qualifications

15+ years of scheduling, work planning and cost controls experience.
Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform project support, scheduling and cost controls for programs.
Develop dashboards and program reports for management and stakeholders.
Create and maintain work plans, resource needs analyses, and cost breakdown structures.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to update plans.
Support continuous improvement and data collection for department trends.
