Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across the U.S., developing complex schedule and cost baselines and integrating risk reserves into forecasts.

You will collect monthly data, identify variances, and prepare reports for stakeholders while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validate project costs and update requirements.
• Generate and analyze earned value reports; discuss observations with project manager.
• Manage portfolios and projects on an international scale; provide guidance and mentorship.
