Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across locations in the United States. You will develop and maintain schedule and cost baselines, analyze variances, and assist in risk reserve integration into forecasts.

You will produce client and internal reports, implement financial controls, and collaborate with project teams and management to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validate project costs.
• Maintain integrated critical path schedules for major projects and portfolios.
• Generate and analyze earned value reports and discuss with project managers.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff; mentor others.
