Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, scheduling and cost control.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting concepts.
• Experience performing Earned Value Management for programs or portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Analyze schedule dates, progress, and variances; update baselines.
• Prepare and present Earned Value reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in risk analysis, change impacts, and cost control processes.
• Support implementation of financial controls, procedures and forecasting methods.
