• Establishes and manages the project controls staff, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Develops and publishes project controls guidelines and reports.
• Oversees scheduling, cost and cash flow forecasting, and risk management.
• Monitors variances and recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains and uses project controls systems like PMCS; manages document control.
