You will establish repeatable processes from pre-sales through commissioning, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes effective communication, resource planning, budget and schedule management, and safety culture across projects with Oracle, Smartsheet, and Power BI support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience on critical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction, electrical and mechanical contracting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-sales through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate resources across production, logistics, and services.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change control to meet targets.
• Escalate issues and drive safety culture on each project.
• Communicate effectively through meetings and presentations.
• Report project status and cost performance.
• Occasionally travel 25–30% and adapt to variable schedules.
